Shipping & Delivery Policy for manhacart

This policy outlines how manhacart handles the shipping and delivery of the camera drones, accessories, and services purchased from our Site.

1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Order Verification: Once your order is placed, it is reviewed for security and accuracy.
  • Timeframe: Orders for in-stock physical products (drones, accessories) are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Service Orders: Orders for services (e.g., repair initiation, training slots) will receive a confirmation and scheduling email within 24 hours]instead of a shipping notification.

Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your high-value drone equipment arrives safely. You will select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

These transit times are estimates only and do not include the 1-3 business days of processing time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Weight and Dimensions: Drones require specialized, protective packaging.
  • Destination: Domestic vs. International shipping rates.
  • Shipping Method: Standard, Expedited, or Overnight.
  • Insurance: All camera drone shipments are automatically insured for their full value. This cost is included in the final shipping fee to protect your investment.

4. International Shipping

We offer shipping to many international destinations. Please note the following for all international orders:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
  • Customs Delays: Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. manhacart is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  • Invoicing: The declared value on all international shipping documents will be the retail price of the product(s).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped:

  1. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier.
  2. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the delivery status of your package.
  3. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the email.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the package. If the damage is discovered after acceptance, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to the packaging and the product.
  • Lost in Transit: If the tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. Since all shipments are insured, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and work to send a replacement unit as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.
