RETURN & REFUND

At manha cart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of cutting-edge camera drone technology and services. If you are not satisfied, we offer a clear policy for returns and refunds.

1. Physical Product Returns (Drones, Accessories, Parts)

A. General Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for a full refund based on the following conditions:

Important Note on Activation: For all camera drones, once the device is powered on and connected to its remote or app for the first time, the product is considered Activated. Activated products cannot be returned for a “change of mind” refund.

B. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is damaged upon arrival or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Process: We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.
  • Resolution: After inspection, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement unit immediately.

C. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from our general return policy:

  • Digital Products: Downloadable software, virtual goods, and Drone Care/Refresh plans once activated or the digital code has been delivered.
  • Services Rendered: Fees for repair, training courses, or inspection services already completed (see Section 2).
  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Damaged by User Error: Any product that has crashed, been exposed to water/moisture, or damaged due to improper use or installation.

2. Services and Repairs

  • Repair Services: All drone repair services performed by manha cart are covered by a 90-day service warranty on the parts replaced and the labor performed. We do not offer refunds on the cost of repair once the service is completed and the drone is confirmed to be working.
  • Training/Consultation: Fees for completed training or consulting services are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our Customer Support team at support@manhacart.com or call us at +1 (408) 709-4617 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: You must clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
    • Packaging: Items must be returned with all original contents, manuals, cables, and the original protective packaging. Failure to include all original contents may result in the refusal of the return or a higher restocking fee.
    • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all “Change of Mind” returns. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. manhacart is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (which typically takes 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will send you an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
